We advocate :
1) Affordable housing without excessive regulation and standards.2) Green and sustainable building without punishing standards and regulations for those un wanting or unable to afford going green. We do not seek to punish those with conventional buildings and systems. We do aim to promote and encourage regulations that allow for green and sustainable building without mandating it.
3) Less regulatory impact on builders especially for agricultural structures and low cost housing.
We do not advocate nor promote:
1) Unhealthy building / standards2) Unsafe building
3) Disrespect or hostility towards regulators doing their job as commissioned. We do aim though to change their current regulatory paradigm and commission.
